     Ryan and Ed Pitcher are the owners of Clearwater River Company LLC. They have been fishing the Clearwater since the mid-80 and have learned from the best. They have built up a great team of steelhead guides and are developing new ones.

    Clearwater River Company is dedicated to providing a quality service to the public. All of the guides are hand picked professionals with years of experience on the Clearwater. Meet some of the staff below:

Ryan Pitcher guides full-time in Idaho, Alaska and Oregon. Ryan grew up fishing the Snake River and the Clearwater River in Idaho. His passion for the outdoors is evident when you fish with him. He is the co-owner of Talstar Lodge, West Coast Anglers and Clearwater River Company.

Ed Pitcher has fished the Clearwater for over 20 years. He recently retired after 30 years of working as a Registered Nurse. Ed is a devoted falconer and has just finished a book. He now spends more time in the field with his falcons and on the water guiding. 

Cody Estell grew up in Boise Idaho fishing some of Idaho's most productive waters. After fishing the Clearwater for over 20 years, Cody has joined our team of professional guides.  

Kyle Jones has a degree in fisheries biology. He prefers to guide during the winter Steelhead season and works in his chosen profession during the summer months.

Steve Mock guides throughout Idaho and Montana. Steve is well known throughout the Spey and Fly fishing community. Steve guides for Clearwater River Company in the fall and Galloup's Slide Inn on the Madison River in Montana during the summer.
