Clearwater River Shuttles LLC is insured,
licensed, professional, and very convenient. We have
responsible, safe drivers that have impeccable driving records.
Shuttle
services
are available from September 15 to March 15.
Vehicles are moved between
10am to 4pm. Must fill out a
Shuttle
Request Form. Arrangements must be made by 10pm the night
prior to the day of the shuttle.
Shuttle
Arrangements:
Arrange a shuttle by
emailing us or calling 971-409-4781. We need your name,
phone number, license number, vehicle description, put in and
take out. Shuttle arrangements must be completed by 10pm the
night before the day of the shuttle. All shuttles must have a
shuttle
request form left with the keys.
Shuttle Payment:
There are three ways to pay for your shuttle; 1) Right here online.
2) Leave payment (cash/check) with your keys at on of the key
drop locations. 3) If you have a coded Key Lock box on your vehicle you
can leave the payment, keys and shuttle request form with the
vehicle.
Key Transfer:
To move your vehicle we will need the keys. The keys can be left with the vehicle . It works best when you bring a spare
set of keys. We'll lock them inside your vehicle after the
shuttle is done. If you have a coded Key Lock box on your
vehicle you can leave them with the vehicle. It is not advisable
to "hide" them unsecured, but if you don't have a lock
box then that is the only option. You can find combination key
lock boxes on the internet.
Vehicles and
Trailers:
Vehicle and trailer must be in good working order and legal to
drive with current registration and insurance. We perform a full vehicle inspection before moving
vehicles. The vehicle report will be left in your vehicle after
the
shuttle is complete.
